That’s why we’re excited to welcome Dr. Anja Schmidt-Ott to our VOK DAMS Strategy & Consulting team. She brings years of experience in change communication, combining strategic clarity, cultural sensitivity and methodological depth in designing event formats. Her focus is communicating change clearly, bring it to life, and anchoring it sustainably within organizations.
