CARIAD, the software company of Volkswagen, has founded a subsidiary in China. The experts for events and live-marketing of VOK DAMS worldwide produced the publicly accessible, digital launch event for the foundation of the Chinese subsidiary as a broadcasting event.

CARIAD's Chinese subsidiary relies on the event and digital expertise of VOK DAMS for the company's launch event. For the launch of the brand, an extensive broadcasting event was created, which invited the press and the public to gain first impressions of CARIAD China. Highlights were the opening speech of Chang Qing, CEO CARIAD China, who offered insights into the vision and mission of the company, and insights of the CARIAD team into technical solutions of the Volkswagen software company.

Under the mission of "In China for China, from China to the world," the newly established CARIAD subsidiary will drive the development of China-specific software products. These include ADAS and automated driving, connectivity, intelligent cockpit and body concepts, Big Data and operating systems. The teams in Europe and China will also work together on the new unified and globally scalable software platform for all Group brands to address specific regional requirements.
