Those who start at VOK DAMS are invited to the "Newcomer Meeting" at the VOK DAMS headquarters in Wuppertal. There, the new team members can expect a colorful mix of introductions to the agency group as well as valuable information about benefits and tools from the HR, Corporate Communications, and IT departments. We are always happy when our teams from all over the world come together, get to know each other, or meet again – and we can't wait to get started with exciting projects together. 

Around 300 colleagues at the German locations in Wuppertal, Hamburg, Munich, Berlin, Stuttgart and Frankfurt and internationally in Beijing, Shanghai, Bordeaux, Madrid, London, Dubai, New York, Philadelphia, Prague and São Paulo work at VOK DAMS for renowned clients all over the world. Events and live marketing – whether live, digital or hybrid – are always taken to a new level with the very best team of consultants, project managers, digital experts and creatives. The roots of VOK DAMS lie in Wuppertal, where the agency group was founded by its namesake Vok Dams around 50 years ago.
