Some occasions call for more than just a party. They demand presence, closeness, and moments that linger. The company meeting was just such a moment for VOK DAMS. With 50 years of company history behind us, we didn't just want to look back, we wanted to highlight what drives us today and why we are still going strong after five decades. Under the motto MORE LIVE, the company meeting and Christmas party became a shared experience that connected history, attitude, and the future. 

DRIVEN BY THE COURAGE TO THINK DIFFERENTLY

Instead of a linear program, we deliberately opted for an open, space-based format. Our headquarters in Wuppertal became a landscape of experiential stations. Rooms that made the past tangible, reflected the present, and opened up a view to the future. In the Legacy Room, it became clear how live communication has repeatedly reinvented itself over 50 years – driven by technical innovations, but above all by the courage to think differently. The Future Room consistently focused on the future: with visions for VOK DAMS 2035 and AI-supported reflection formats.

One topic that was particularly prominent exemplifies our commitment to not just keeping up with developments, but anticipating them: Digital Doppelgänger. These were brought to life in an interactive station. Digital Doppelgänger show how we can already use AI to simulate real target groups, better understand needs, and tailor communication more precisely. And all this before an event even takes place.  

On this day, MORE LIVE did not mean more volume or more staging, but more connection. This was also particularly evident at the Christmas party following the company meeting. The atmosphere became even more personal, with living room areas featuring a wish tree, a small Christmas market, mulled wine, music, karaoke, and dancing creating space for exchange and genuine encounters. This anniversary thus became a moment to pause and reflect. What has shaped VOK DAMS for 50 years – passion, emotion, and message – will also carry us into the future. MORE LIVE stands for our commitment to creating genuine connections, understanding people, and shaping effective communication in an increasingly fast-paced and digital world.
