At VOK DAMS, nurturing young talent is not just a responsibility but a true passion. To best prepare our apprentices for their professional future, we recently organized the "Growth Days" – a two-day event aimed at expanding the skills and knowledge of our young talents.

The first day of the Growth Days took place in our Hamburg office, where the trainees were able to explore key topics such as digital working, self-organisation and presentation techniques in a series of workshops and presentations. These topics are crucial for success in today's fast-paced working world and were taught in a practical and clear manner by experienced experts. The day not only offered intensive learning opportunities, but also the chance to make valuable contacts and share experiences. The evening ended with a meal together, which brought the Hamburg team and the young talents even closer together.

On the second day, the inspiring FC St. Pauli Museum was visited, where the workshops continued. A special highlight was the stadium tour of the Millerntor stadium, which was led by our trainee Theo. The unique atmosphere of the stadium gave the day a special flavour and offered the trainees a welcome change after the intensive workshops. The final lunch together was not only a refreshment, but also an opportunity to exchange ideas and deepen the newly made contacts.

What made the Growth Days particularly successful was the valuable time our young talents spent together. The exchange of ideas and experiences not only strengthened each individual's knowledge and skills but also fostered team spirit within our agency. Such events are a key part of our training philosophy, which emphasizes collaboration and shared learning.
