What began in 1962 as a photo and graphic studio founded by Vok Dams in Wuppertal is today one of the world’s leading agencies for events and live marketing. The official starting point came in 1975 with the company’s registration as Gesellschaft für Kommunikation mbH. Five decades later, VOK DAMS stands for creative strategies, data-driven concepts, and international presence, always with people at the center.
Today, Colja M. Dams and Claudia Köhler-Dams lead the family business in its second generation. They do so with entrepreneurial vision and the belief that live marketing is more important than ever in an age shaped by AI, data, and digitalization. From its origins in Wuppertal, the company has grown into a global network with more than 300 employees and 19 locations, from Shanghai and Dubai to New York, London, and São Paulo.
